Can I pick up the toys locally so I do not have to pay shipping?
Absolutely! We offer contactless porch pick up. Choose local pick up option at checkout. Just make sure your email address and phone numbers are correct at check out. We will contact you when your order is ready. Please check your junk mail, as our email may go there. If you do not hear back from us within 5 business days, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I send the toys and gift directly to someone else?
yes absolutely! Just use their address when you are checking out and do not forget to add a personalized card to your item. Cards can be purchased under our card collection. We will hand write inside the card on your behalf.Just write your message at the checkout under "Add note to your order"
How long does it take for my toys to be shipped?
We will try our best to ship as soon as possible. Our typical timeline to ship is 5-10 business days. Once the item is shipped, we will notify you. We will not be responsible for shipping delay by the courier as it is unpredictable.
If you have a special date that you need your item by, please email us first to see if you can place a rush order and choose expedited shipping at checkout.
I never received an email confirmation for my order?

What is your return policy?
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, you will need to ship the item back to us. You will be responsible for return shipping cost. We strongly suggest you return the package with tracking number.
Once we receive your return package safely, we will issue your refund within 7 business days. Please note we only refund the amount for item minus the shipping cost. We cannot refund you for shipping the item to you or you shipping it back to us.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized cards, item bought on sale and gift boxes. These items are finals sale.
What if I receive a wrong or damaged item?
oh no! We packaged our item very carefully, but Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days of delivery received if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. with a picture of damaged or wrong item. If your return is accepted, we will refund you or send you another one just like it.
Do you ship to USA?
Unfortunately, we only ship to Canada at this time.
