We offer flat rate shipping for orders under $130 CAD and free shipping for orders above $130 CAD with code "FREESHIPPING" at checkout.
Our typical processing time is 3-5 business days, but during holidays or sale events our processing time may increase to 5-10 business days. We try our best to get your packages shipped as soon as possible.

If you are local and would like to pick up your order in person, we offer contact-less porch pick up at East Gwillimbury, ON Simply choose pick up at checkout. Please include your phone number as we prefer to notify you via text (Sometimes our emails end up in junk mail). If you do not hear back from us within 5 business days, please email us at email@example.com.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after your package has been delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, you will need to ship the item back to us. You will be responsible for return shipping cost. We strongly suggest you return the package with tracking number.
Once we receive your return package safely, we will issue your refund within 7 business days. Please note we only refund the amount for item minus the shipping cost. We cannot refund you for shipping the item to you or you shipping it back to us.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized cards, item bought on sale and gift boxes. These items are finals sale.
What if I receive a wrong or damaged item?
oh no! We packaged our item very carefully, but Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days of delivery received if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
